General Info

Part Number: 10684

PCB Layout To-Do List

  1. Move RJ-45 connector closer to the center of the board (about 400-500 mils from each edge). I mistakenly said to move it to the right, but I meant to the left (I was looking at the connector from the back of the box). What I want to do is get it away from the edge of the box as much as possible.
  2. Move JTAG connector up and to the right side to avoid internal interference
  3. The PoE module clearance looks OK as long as the model on the PCB is accurate. If the board is thicker or there are components on the back side of the module, it may interfere with the box. Please double-check the accuracy of the PoE model with the data sheet to make sure we have enough clearance on both sides.
  4. It's difficult to find cable connectors like we want that are not 100 mil spacing. I found some similar that are 79 mil spacing and some that are 50 mil. The datasheets are linked below, let me know which style will work better.
