  • Click the Windows button in the lower-left corner and select Settings
  • Click on Update & Security
  • Click on Recovery from the left-side menu
  • Under Advanced Startup click the button Restart Now
  • Under Choose an Option select Troubleshoot
  • Under Troubleshoot select Advanced Options
  • Under Advanced Options select Startup Settings
  • Under Startup Settings click the Restart button
  • Under Startup Settings press 7 for Disable driver signature enforcement

The system will restart with the driver signature enforcement temporarily disabled (the enforcement will be re-enabled on the next restart).
